Every tax, duty and border fee on your order is one we pay. These are changing constantly, and as recently as a few weeks ago for customers in the EU. We don't add anything at checkout, and we try to avoid anyone paying on delivery.
That hasn't worked. We've had orders returned because of prohibitive customs charges that landed on a customer's doorstep. As a result we've, reluctantly, registered in both the EU and the UK for tax payments, so we can settle these before any delivery. That's our goal.
I'm asking for your help on this one.
We'd like to switch you to two-monthly delivery and billing. The product stays fresh, that's not an issue, but halving the number of border crossings is what lets us keep covering those costs on your behalf. In return your rate comes down 10%.

Why This Exists
The saving is real, not a discount code.
Shipping isn't one cost. It's freight, plus customs duty, plus the clearance handling that comes with every border crossing, plus the VAT or sales tax we absorb rather than add at checkout. Each of those is charged again on every parcel we send, and the EU now applies a fixed fee per parcel no matter how small it is. A monthly subscription means we pay that whole stack twelve times a year, for every subscriber.
Consolidating your deliveries into one shipment every two months halves that overhead. We're not giving product away. We're removing a cost that was never doing you any good, and sharing what it frees up.

Charged per parcel, not per sachet
A parcel with two months inside it attracts the same duty as one with a single sachet. Sending fewer of them is the only lever that moves.

We've done our best to engineer this so we cover the taxes, duties and clearance fees ourselves, and add no GST in Australia. If we miss one, let us know.

Why is this rate lower than my current plan?
Because it costs us less to deliver. Freight, customs duty and clearance are charged per parcel, so halving the number of parcels halves that whole stack. We've put 10% straight back into your rate, and the balance goes to covering the VAT, duty and border charges we absorb rather than adding to your bill. Those charges have risen everywhere this year.
Is the product any different?
No. Same formulation, same crystals, same 60g sachets making 1 litre of concentrate each. The only thing that changes is how often it ships.
Will two months of sachets stay fresh?
Yes. Zeta Plus ships as a dry crystal concentrate, not a pre-mixed liquid, so it's shelf-stable well beyond two months. Store sachets somewhere cool and dry and there's no meaningful change in potency between the first and the last.
Will I be charged duty or tax when it arrives?
No. We've registered in the EU precisely so these are settled at our end before your parcel reaches the border, rather than being demanded from you on delivery. VAT and sales tax are ours to pay too, and we add no GST in Australia. That registration costs us money, as does the duty itself. Consolidating deliveries is how we keep covering it instead of passing it on.
Can I cancel or pause?
Yes, at any time, the same as your current subscription. No lock-in contract and no cancellation fee. You're changing your delivery schedule and rate, not signing up to anything new.
How do I actually switch?
Use either button above to send us a quick request and we'll do it from our side. We're moving people across by hand rather than through an automated plan change, which means we can time your first two-month parcel around what you've already got in the cupboard rather than resetting your billing date arbitrarily. Expect a reply confirming the change within a business day.
What if I switch and change my mind?
Reply to the confirmation email and we'll put you back on monthly, or adjust your next delivery. Nothing here is designed to make that difficult.
